Wildlife Trust of India

Wildlife Trust of India (WTI) is a non-profit conservation organisation, taking urgent action on behalf of India’s threatened wildlife.

Formed in November 1998 by Vivek Menon and Ashok Kumar, WTI has provided fast, effective aid to individuals, species or habitats in crisis. They are committed to practical reforms that will secure the future of India’s wildlife for the long-term. Elephant Family started supporting them in 2007, and we are now supporting three of their most important projects.
